Marchese Italian Sausage



Marchese Italian Sausage is made from the authentic sausage recipe of Ottavio (Johnny) Marchese, who immigrated to the U.S. in 1907 from Palermo, Sicily. His recipe features a flavorful blend of Italian spices from the Old Country. At one time Johnny owned and operated a cafe in the Houston Heights. Today, we continue making Grandpa's authentic sausage for everyone to enjoy.





Marchese Italian Sausage





Marchese Italian Sausage is made with pork, beef and Johnny's special blend of Italian spices. The sausage contains no artificial preservatives or MSG. It is fresh frozen to preserve the authentic flavor and provide a longer shelf life. Our sausage is produced in a USDA inspected and approved sausage plant in Houston, not far from the location of Johnny's original cafe in the Houston Heights. Today, we offer three variations of Johnny's original sausage recipe: Original, Spicy & Sweet. It is sold in a 1.25 lb. package containing 5 sausage links and in a 1 lb. bulk sausage tube.
